Design & Features

ZUJI site is user-friendly with a clear layout, providing interested consumers with loads of information. Useful information are neatly categorise into few main tabs for customers' convenient direct access.

Free subscription of their weekly travel deals are available and easily spotted. Advertisements of great deals and the latest avaliable promotions are clearly organised and displayed in sections on their site.


Zuji is customer oriented where a "Customer Care" tab to heed customers' enquiries as well as displaying the latest travel alert information. Another tab will be "Travel Extras" displaying currency converting service, VISA information.



SECURITY

Zuji has a security policy, in order to give consumers full confidence when doing transactions online. They will have highly secure security methods, in addition they has a team who regularly countercheck credit card purchases to verify their authenticity and ensure that the credit cards have not been used for making unauthorised purchases. Furthermore, Zuji is a licensee of Truste privacy program. Hence, this made the consumers feel safe in doing transactions at their website.






Strengths:

  • Comparison of prices and reviews of different hotels and airlines packages are available and could be done easily without having to switch between window page.

  • As it is a virtual business online, it's always readily available for consumers at all times.

Limitations:

  • Does not show value added activities as compared to the main provider
    Eg. “How to get there” function: Free shuttle bus services are provided at the main providers’ site.
  • It might not be up to date.
  • Not as detailed as the main provider
    E.g. The picture of the hotel rooms are shown online but it’s not available on Zuji other than just the price of the room.

Conclusion

Overall, Zuji had been a successful e-transaction broker, providing lots of information about the hotels, airlines, activities, etc for consumers to compare and also being user-friendly, consumers could easily find their answers to their queries through the customer care section. Voted as the best online travel agent in Asia Pacific helped them gained more consumers in having more confidence in doing transactions at their website.
